Broker/Owner- Laramie Smith
Laramie is a Wife and Mother - start up Rancher - Realtor and Innkeeper. Raised on Montana's Hi-line, she comes from ranch homesteading around the Bear Paw Mountains from 3 of the 4 grandparent generations. She grew up with 4-H and Barrel Racing, it was no surprise that she attended MSU- Northern for Agriculture and Business and had a Scholarship in Rodeo. There she purchased her group of cows while becoming Miss Rodeo Montana in 2014 where she got to travel the country and compete in Las Vegas for Miss Rodeo America.
She met her husband and moved to Dillon in 2015 bringing her cows (dowery) with her. This is where their dreams of ranching took off. It is almost impossible to start a ranch from scratch, so in came the creativity and side businesses.
Laramie became a realtor in 2018 and purchased her company in 2022. As time moved on, she realized working from home was the best for her family so then birthed American Trust Realty.
The Smiths also purchased Angler Village Inn and Coffee House in Dillon with partners and ran via managers as an investment and massive learning opportunity.
Laramie loves Real Estate in helping clients who become friends, in negotiating a fair deal, and in serving this beautiful community. When she takes a seller or a buyer, she hustles to serve them!
